The turbo bypass valve recirculates vented air back to the compressor inlet. Over time, OE valves can start to leak.
To prevent future leaks, Standard's Turbo Bypass Valve features an upgraded “710P” valve with a 14.4lb spring. The stronger spring helps the turbo spool up faster and maintain consistent boost pressure throughout the power band.
