SMP Receives 2015 Vendor of the Year Award from The Parts House

The Oscars weren’t the only awards handed out this February. At the recent Parts Plus warehouse distributor’s Annual Sales and Marketing Summit, The Parts House honored Standard Motor Products with its 2015 Vendor of the Year Award.

David Miller, the Chief Operating Officer of The Parts House, commented on the selection, stating, "The Parts House and Standard Motor Products have worked closely these past seven years to deliver top-quality replacement parts for engine management and temperature control." He added, "Our engine parts business was modestly sized before we joined forces with SMP. With the help of some incredible SMP sales representatives, including Hariclia (Rikki) Foley, this side of our business has grown exponentially. We are excited for the 2016 programs, and foresee a long future of mutually beneficial growth".

Miller went on to credit SMP’s support of inventory growth and training programs as integral components of the company’s aftermarket sales. The Parts House is a warehouse distributor based in Jacksonville, FL.
